Precision Made. The Artec Industries Front Inner Fenders - Freedom Edition adds an additional element of style not seen very often in the industry, while also increasing the rigidity of the whole inner fender. These inner fenders are crafted from 1/16-inch aluminum for a strong, yet lightweight construction. The aluminum is CNC laser cut and CNC bent for precise fitment using a proprietary A-blade stamping process for added durability. Since they are shipped in their bare unfinished aluminum state, you can choose to paint these fenders whichever way you'd like.
Rugged Design. This Freedom edition features an interesting take on the American flag for a patriotic look, which is stamped right onto the fender. Laser cut venting means no extra pieces of metal to bold on and keeping your engine compartment cool all at the same time. These inner fenders also cover the gap between the outer and inner sheet metal body. The extra bottom flange behind the wheel helps keep grime away from the gaps in the undercarriage as well.
Fully Tested. Artec's inner fenders are compatible with trimmed OEM fenders and allow for the fitment of much larger tires without any rubbing. This edition was actually tested using 37-inch tires without any lift kit and there was no rubbing problems whatsoever.
Moderate Installation. In order to properly perform this install, some light-to-moderate mechanical skill is needed. You will need to first remove the inner fender braces before drilling and installing the rivet nuts. After that, you will have to fasten the inner fenders onto the vehicle starting from the back portion and moving along to the front. The entire installation should take you around 2 hours.
Application. The Artec Industries Front Inner Fenders - Freedom Edition will fit on all 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator JT models.
Notes. Mounts to OEM holes on subframe plus additional holes to be drilled. See instructions for hole locations to determine if modification will be necessary to install with aftermarket fenders.
While aluminum is rust resistant, it is recommended to have some type of coating for long term corrosion protection.
