Description
Premium Ball Joint Kit. The Apex Chassis Super HD Ball Joint Kit provides a heavy-duty replacement for worn or damaged upper and lower ball joints on your Jeep. This kit helps maintain the front suspension system by replacing critical components with durable parts.
Construction And Appearance. Featuring SAE 1045 solid steel forged housings and SAE 4140 chromoly hot forged ball studs with induction heat treatment, these ball joints deliver exceptional strength and durability. The upper joint incorporates a carbon bearing design, while the lower joint uses a military-grade acetal bearing for wear resistance and smooth operation. Components are CNC machined for precision and finished with durable CR rubber boots for environmental protection.
Installation. The kit includes knurled housings and pre-threaded zerk fittings for grease maintenance. It is designed to fit the stock suspension mounting points to facilitate straightforward installation.
Warranty. This product comes with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects and premature wear, provided the original purchaser registers the product within 90 days and follows warranty claim procedures.
