Description
Versatile Lift and Damping Control. These rear coil-over shocks provide adjustable ride height while delivering consistent monotube performance under heavy load and rough terrain. The external reservoir enhances oil volume and heat dissipation, keeping damping characteristics stable over long off-road runs.
Heavy-Duty, All-Condition Construction. Built with a chrome-plated piston rod, sealed bushings, and a powder-coated reservoir, the V2 shocks resist corrosion and maintain smooth action in mud, sand, and snow. The adjustable perch allows precise lift and preload fine-tuning.
Installation. Remove factory shocks, bolt in the Rough Country units using the original mounts, adjust spring perch to desired height, and torque hardware to spec.
Application. These Rough Country Suspension V2 Monotube Rear Shocks; 4.50–6-Inch Lift fit 1984–2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models.
