      Heavy Duty Control Arms. The Johnny Joint Adjustable Front Upper Control Arms provide a durable and adjustable replacement for factory upper control arms, designed to maintain proper alignment on lifted vehicles by allowing length adjustments to optimize caster settings. The Johnny Joints improve articulation and enhance both on-road comfort and off-road performance.

      Construction and Appearance. These control arms are constructed from 1 inch outer diameter, .156 inch wall DOM steel tubing and feature a heavy duty steel fork on the differential end. The 2-inch Johnny Joints consist of a smooth steel ball encased in a proprietary urethane shell, offering corrosion resistance and a sleek semi-gloss black powder coat finish.

      Installation. Installation requires reaming the front differential housing bushings to 7/16 inch to ensure proper fitment. The kit includes greasable Grade 8 bolts to facilitate maintenance and enhance longevity. Installation difficulty is moderate.
