Description
Specs. Nitto's Trail Grappler mud terrain tire is a hybrid between Nitto's Mud Grappler and their Terra Grappler. This tire balances aggressive off-road performance with comfort and road noise. This tire is a 285/70R17 and fits 7.5 to 9.5 inch wide rims. In comparison to its Mud Grappler cousin, the Trail Grappler is 36 percent quieter on the highway. The 3 ply, high turn up, polyester sidewalls reduces the risk of punctures. Nitto balances tread blocks with voids to enhance both off-road performance and on-road comfort. The Z style grooves provide lateral stability and greater mud traction. The voids and the chiseled shoulders also help to keep mud and rocks from sticking in the tire. Nitto backs this tire with a 60 month warranty.
