      Description

      Heavy-Duty Protection. The BDS Transfer Case Skid Plate for BDS Long Arms provides dependable underbody protection by shielding the transfer case from rocks and trail hazards. It is engineered to bolt directly onto the vehicle, enhancing durability and extending the life of critical drivetrain components during off-road use.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from 3/16" thick steel, this skid plate delivers excellent strength and reinforces the chassis. Its rugged finish is built to withstand harsh off-road conditions while resisting corrosion over time.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically takes about one hour, requiring only basic mechanical skills. This bolt-on design does not require drilling for most applications.

      Application. This skid plate fits 1984 to 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models equipped with 4WD and BDS long arm suspension kits. It is not compatible with vehicles that have the NP242 transfer case.
