Description
Durable Door Upgrade. The Turtle Laboratories Aluminum Front Door Panels are a rugged, all-metal solution designed to replace factory front door panels on compatible Jeep Cherokee XJ models. These panels provide enhanced durability and functionality, making them ideal for off-road and overlanding enthusiasts who need tough interior components.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from sturdy aluminum, these panels are available in raw aluminum or coated with a flat black powder finish for corrosion resistance and a sleek, professional look. The metal construction ensures long-lasting durability against damage from demanding terrain use.
Installation. Installation requires removal of the original factory door cards and armrest mounts. The original armrest mounts must be cut out to achieve a flush fit. Panels mount using 7mm body panel clips, and while no drilling is explicitly required, rivnuts are recommended for a secure attachment.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1997 to 2001 four-door Jeep Cherokee XJ models, these panels replace only the front door panels. They are compatible with both manual and power window configurations. This product is not compatible with rear doors, two-door models, or other Jeep generations.
