      • Attach the two brackets onto the intake tube using the longer bolts provided in the kit.
      • Transfer the IAT sensor to the new intake tube by aligning the tabs, installing the grommet, and securing the sensor clockwise until locked.
      • Re-use OEM hardware to attach the new bracket, including the small black rubber grommet, pressing the fitting into it firmly.
      • Install brackets on both sides of the scoop to prepare for mounting.
      • Remove the protective film from the clear lid and install the lid seal as part of the assembly process.
      • Place new clamps and couplers on the intake tube, tightening the rear clamps first for ease of adjustment.
      • Orient the turbo clamp to face the cab and tighten it enough to allow final installation adjustments.
      • Install the intake tube starting from the turbo end, leaving clamps loose for final positioning.
      • Position the airbox and guide the intake tube under hoses and wiring to connect properly to the airbox.
      • Attach the scoop to the airbox, align the brackets, and reinstall the push rivets.
      • Slide the coupler from the turbo tube over the main intake tube, ensuring proper bracket alignment before tightening.
      • Install the studs and slide the harness bracket through them, tightening securely at both ends.
      • Transfer the small rubber gasket from the OEM bracket to the new bracket as a cushion and seal.
      • Reinstall the OEM wiring harness over the gasket on the new bracket, reconnect wiring harnesses and quick-connect fittings, securing with original clips.
      • Use the IAT harness extension to connect the IAT sensor ensuring proper fit and secure connection.
      • Reinstall the hose and clamp located behind the intake tube using channel lock pliers due to limited clearance.
      • Install the air filter onto the intake tube and tighten it securely to prevent leaks.
      • Verify all fittings, clamps, and wiring harness connections are secure and properly tightened.
      • Install the snap-in clear lid to complete the intake system assembly.
