Description
Premium Adjustable Shock. The Rancho Front RS9000XL Shock is engineered to deliver superior ride control and performance with nine levels of manually adjustable damping. It is ideal for on- and off-road use, towing, and heavy-duty applications, allowing fine tuning of firmness to match various driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Built with a durable steel body and an 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod, the shock offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The tri-tube design, filled with all-weather fluid, maintains consistent performance through extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 248°F. The unit is finished with a premium liquid metallic silver coating and protected by a polyvinyl boot for enhanced durability.
Installation. This shock installs easily without the need for special tools, drilling, or vehicle modifications, making it suitable for both experienced DIYers and professionals.
Warranty. The product carries a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring dependable long-term performance.
Application. Specifically designed for front suspension fitment on 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models with 2.5 to 3.5 inch front lift when used with Rancho RS66002B or RS66003B lift systems. Once service life is reached, replace this shock with the RS994239 model.
