Construction and Appearance. Built with a 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod resistant to scuffs and corrosion, this shock absorber features double-welded loops for increased durability. It uses a 35mm sintered iron piston and a polyvinyl protective boot to ensure long-lasting reliability. The shock body is painted white for a clean, professional finish, combining robust steel materials with a twin-tube internal design for optimal performance.
Installation. Installation of this shock absorber requires basic mechanical skills and does not require drilling. It directly replaces the factory shock with a bolt-on fitment designed specifically for the rear of Jeep Cherokee models with a rear lift height of up to 1.5 inches.
