Description
Performance Cooling Upgrade. The Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud without Fan Controller in black replaces the factory mechanical fan system on the 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ with 4.0L engine. It features three high-flow electric fans that provide consistent airflow independent of engine speed, improving cooling efficiency and freeing up engine power by eliminating mechanical drag from the stock fan.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from lightweight aluminum, this fan shroud enhances radiator coverage and airflow. The durable scratch-resistant powder-coated black finish offers corrosion resistance and a professional engine bay look.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills but no drilling. This direct-fit replacement is designed to integrate with existing radiator and A/C components, maintaining stock A/C fan control functionality.
Warranty. A Mishimoto lifetime limited warranty is included for long-term reliability and support.
Application. Specifically engineered for the 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ equipped with the 4.0L engine. May not be compatible with vehicles equipped with the heavy-duty cooling package or auxiliary transmission coolers when installed alongside a Mishimoto aluminum radiator.
