Description
Fuel Line Heat Shield. The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve, measuring 0.375 inch inside diameter by 36 inches in length, is engineered to prevent vapor lock by significantly reducing heat transfer to fuel lines, keeping fuel cooler and below boiling temperature. It is ideal for use on fuel lines to eliminate rough idling and difficult starting caused by vapor lock and can also be applied to other cables, hoses, or lines requiring heat protection.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from glass fiber and polyester layers laminated to a smooth aluminum outer surface, this sleeve provides excellent thermal insulation and durability. The aluminum laminate helps reflect heat effectively, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. The sleeve features a split design with an adhesive flap, allowing it to be wrapped easily around existing fuel lines without disassembly or drilling. This design simplifies installation and ensures a secure fit.
