Its black finish is flexible and conforms easily to automotive surfaces such as firewalls and transmission tunnels, making it an essential heat control product for a range of applications.

This shield consists of an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8" composite glass-fiber core, coated with a proprietary high-temperature black finish for enhanced heat resistance. It features a strong, pressure-sensitive adhesive backing that remains secure at temperatures above 450°F and provides a sleek textured appearance built to withstand heat exposure up to 1750°F.
