Description
Basic Rear Drum Shoes. Restore the braking performance of your Jeep by replacing the rear drum shoes using this Jeep drum shoe replacement kit. The kit features four drum shoes that are shaped precisely to fit the drums on 1984-1989 Jeep Cherokee XJ models. The kit includes the shoes as well as the springs and hardware for the inside of the brake drum as well.
Semi-Metallic Drum Shoes. The shoes in this replacement kit utilize a semi-metallic friction material for slowing your vehicle reliably. This material wears slightly faster than ceramic does, but the brakes function reliably and meet the original brake performance standards.
Minimal Brake Dust. These semi-metallic brake shoes generate little dust during use, and they are quiet as well. Most Jeep owners will enjoy the smooth performance of these shoes during regular use.
Medium Installation Difficulty. This kit is moderately difficult to install and requires approximately two hours to install properly. This kit should be installed by a professional in order to get the best results.
5-Year Limited Warranty. This set comes protected by a 5-year limited warranty. The warranty is good for five years after the purchase date.
