This iDataStart 2-Way/5-Button Flex Remote Upgrade Kit enhances your existing remote-start system by adding a two-way Flex remote that confirms command receipt via the LCD and beeps. You can lock, unlock, start, or stop your Jeep remotely and receive instant feedback on vehicle status, battery voltage, and range, giving you confidence in every command.
Customizable Functionality and Security. With five programmable buttons, you can assign auxiliary tasks such as trunk release or interior lights. The remote uses encrypted RF signaling to thwart code grabbing, and the integrated low-battery indicator alerts you when it’s time for a replacement battery, preventing unexpected failures.
Installation. This product installs by wiring the upgrade module into your existing iDataStart harness and following the simple learn-mode procedure to program the Flex remote; no cutting of factory wires is necessary.
Application. This iDataStart upgrade kit fits 2014-2022 Jeep Cherokee KL models equipped with a push-to-start button.
