Description
Revolutionary Exhaust Header. The Banks Power Revolver Exhaust Header significantly improves power and acceleration for Jeep enthusiasts by replacing the stock exhaust manifold. It enhances exhaust flow, increases torque, and reduces backpressure for noticeable performance gains, especially under demanding driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from virtually indestructible 100% stainless steel, the header features mandrel-formed tubes that optimize exhaust flow. The flanges are welded on both sides and precision milled flat to ensure a perfect seal and fitment. A seamless high-velocity “Revolver” collector maximizes exhaust extraction and reduces backpressure while providing long-lasting durability.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging but straightforward for experienced technicians. The header bolts directly onto the stock exhaust system with standard hand tools, requiring no drilling or modifications. Installation guidance is available to assist with the process.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 1991 to 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ equipped with the 4.0L inline 6-cylinder engine, this header provides a high-performance upgrade that replaces the original exhaust manifold prone to cracking and failure.
