HIGH-PERFORMANCE EXTERNAL WASTEGATE. The Turbosmart Gen4 HyperGate45 External Wastegate is engineered to control exhaust gas flow and regulate boost pressure in turbocharged engines. It enhances performance by diverting excess exhaust gases away from the turbine wheel, ensuring consistent boost pressure and protecting the engine from damage. Designed with street use in mind, this wastegate is compatible with both pump gasoline and E85 fuels.

Featuring a durable stainless steel cast body alongside an aluminium actuator housing, this unit offers strength and excellent resistance to heat and corrosion. The proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm ensures reliability under high thermal stress. The black anodized finish delivers a sleek appearance while resisting discoloration in demanding engine bay conditions.
