Description
Performance Enhancer. The Thermo Tec Exhaust Wrap, measuring 50 feet by 2 inches in natural color, is designed to improve engine output by retaining heat within exhaust headers. This retention accelerates gas flow and reduces intake system temperatures, improving overall engine efficiency. The wrap is applied by wrapping it tightly around exhaust components, enhancing thermal efficiency and boosting vehicle performance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable, asbestos-free material capable of withstanding continuous heat levels up to 2000°F, the exhaust wrap features a proprietary Thermal Conduction Technology coating. Its natural color finish effectively controls heat dissipation while preventing excessive insulation, contributing to optimal heat management under the hood.
Installation. Installation is moderately easy and typically does not require drilling. The wrap is secured by tightly wrapping it around exhaust headers, and some adaptation may be necessary to fit various exhaust configurations.
