The JBA 1-3/4-Inch Shorty Headers; Silver Ceramic are engineered to enhance engine power and efficiency by significantly reducing exhaust restrictions compared to stock manifolds. Ideal for trucks and SUVs, these headers boost torque and horsepower for racing, towing, or daily driving. They include factory-style emission connections to ensure compliance and straightforward integration into the exhaust system.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from durable mandrel-bent stainless steel, these headers feature a proprietary Firecone collector and extra-thick collector domes to optimize exhaust flow. The headers include 3/8-inch thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports and are coated with a semi-gloss grey metallic ceramic finish that resists corrosion and offers a sleek look.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and welding of the catalytic converter to the header. No drilling is typically needed, but professional installation is recommended for proper fit and sealing.

      Warranty. These headers carry a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
