Premium Oil Separator. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is designed to reduce oil vapor contamination in the intake system by separating oil from crankcase vapors before they enter the intake manifold. This helps protect the engine by preventing oil vapors from diluting the intake charge.

Construction and Appearance. Milled from solid billet aluminum with a durable anodized finish, this oil separator features a knurled base for easy removal, a fine mesh stainless steel filter to trap oil vapors, and an O-ring seal to ensure leak-free operation.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically does not require intake manifold removal on compatible models. No drilling is required; however, specific installation details vary by vehicle.

Warranty. This product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for long-term reliability and customer satisfaction.

Application. Specifically designed for the 2021 through 2024 Ford Bronco Sport equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine. This product does not fit vehicles equipped with the factory engine cover.
