The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler with a 2.25-inch inlet and dual 2.25-inch outlets is engineered to enhance exhaust flow while producing an aggressive sound profile ideal for street and strip use. Its dual outlet design combined with Delta Flow technology improves exhaust scavenging, resulting in enhanced performance and reduced interior resonance for a smooth driving experience.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler offers excellent corrosion resistance. It features a high-temperature black painted finish and is fully MIG welded for long-lasting strength and durability under harsh exhaust conditions.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills; some adaptation may be necessary to ensure a proper fit. The muffler is equipped with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections and does not typically require drilling. Please note that new hangers are required as they are not included.
