This bumper is engineered to handle rugged terrain while accommodating accessories such as a winch, LED light bar, and fog lights. Construction and Features. Constructed with a 3/16-inch thick plate steel center and 1 3/4-inch diameter HREW tubing on the sides, the hybrid design offers strength where it matters most while keeping weight manageable. The bumper includes 1/4-inch thick mounting plates and 3/4-inch fully welded D-ring tabs, front and back, for recovery operations. Depending on configuration, it weighs between 115 and 125 pounds. It also comes with frame support brackets, a washer tank skid, and turn signals appropriate for the model year. Note: the bolt-on top fill plate is only applicable to 2003 to 2005 models. The raw steel finish allows for custom powder coating or painting prior to installation.

Installation. Installation is considered hard and may require two people due to the bumper's weight and alignment. Mechanical expertise and appropriate tools are necessary, especially when integrating a winch or lighting components. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
