Strength and Functionality. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper features a plate steel center section combined with round tube sides, providing a durable and versatile front-end upgrade for 06-09 4Runner models. It is engineered to enhance off-road capability by enabling the mounting of winches, LED light bars, and multiple fog light configurations, while improving clearance for better approach angles and accommodating larger tires for demanding terrain.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel center panels with 1/4 inch thick mounting plates, and .120 wall, 1 3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing on the sides, this bumper offers strength and longevity. The raw steel finish requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust unless the powder-coated option is selected. Fully welded 3/4 inch thick D-ring tabs provide robust recovery points, built to withstand rigorous use.

Installation. Installation includes frame support brackets and a washer tank skid, designed for a bolt-on fitment with minimal modifications needed. While most winches (8k-12k) fit without issue, models with integrated control boxes may require minor trimming for proper installation. Drilling is generally not necessary.

Application. This bumper is specifically designed to fit 2006-2009 4Runner models, ensuring precise compatibility. It supports up to 2 inch body lifts and includes turn signals dependent on the year range selected. The design accommodates popular winch models including Warn Zeon and VR, Smittybilt X20, and ComeUp, and is optimized for 30 inch single-row LED light bars such as Baja Designs S8 and Heretic Studio.
