Durable Off-Road Front Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper with Full-Height Bull Bar with Plate Gussets in raw finish offers enhanced front-end protection for serious off-road enthusiasts. It supports mounting essential accessories such as winches, LED light bars, and fog lights, while improving approach angles and clearance for aggressive trail use. This bumper combines functionality with a bold, lightweight appearance tailored for tough conditions.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed using 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel for the center section and .120 wall 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing on the sides, the bumper features robust welds and fully welded 3/4" D-ring recovery tabs front and back. The raw steel finish requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust, allowing customization for aesthetic preference and corrosion resistance.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and may involve minor trimming to accommodate some winches, especially those with relocated electrical control boxes. The bolt-on design includes frame support brackets and washer tank skid to allow direct mounting with minimal modification.

Application. Designed specifically for Toyota 4Runner models from 2006 to 2009, this bumper offers precise fitment and is compatible with body lifts up to 2 inches. It fits most 8,000 to 12,000 lb winches and supports 30-inch single-row LED light bars such as Baja Designs S8 and Heretic Studio, making it an ideal upgrade for off-road enthusiasts.
