      Description

      Heavy-Duty Off-Road Front Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper with Full-Height Bull Bar is a rugged, high-clearance upgrade designed for 2003 to 2005 Toyota 4Runners. This hybrid bumper blends a plate steel center with round tube sides for optimal strength, protection, and off-road styling. It accommodates winches, LED light bars, and various fog light setups while improving approach angles for trail performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from 3/16-inch laser-cut pickled and oiled steel, this bumper includes 1/4-inch thick mounting plates and fully welded 3/4-inch front and rear D-ring tabs for serious recovery strength. The full-height bull bar is reinforced with plate gussets, and all tube sections are made from 1 3/4-inch .120 wall HREW tubing. Weighing approximately 125 pounds, it offers excellent durability. A bolt-on top fill plate is included for 2003 to 2005 models, and the bumper ships bare unless coated.

      Installation. Installation is considered hard due to the bumper's weight and the need for precise alignment. Professional installation or mechanical expertise is strongly recommended. All required frame support brackets and a washer tank skid are included.
