Hybrid Front Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper is engineered to enhance off-road capability and vehicle protection for the 2003-2005 Toyota 4Runner. Its unique design combines a plate steel center with round tube sides to create a balance between strength and a lighter appearance. This bumper provides a functional platform to mount winches, LED light bars, and fog lights, improving vehicle utility and aggressive styling.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and paired with .120 wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for the wings, this bumper is built to withstand rugged conditions. It includes 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back for recovery purposes. The bumper ships as raw steel and requires painting or powder coating to protect against rust, allowing for customer finish customization.

Installation. Installation is primarily bolt-on with frame support brackets and washer tank skid included. The process is straightforward with no additional drilling required for most applications. Minor trimming may be necessary when using winches with integrated or relocated control boxes to ensure proper fit.

Application. This bumper fits 2003-2005 Toyota 4Runner models and includes a bolt-on top fill plate for these years to ensure optimal fit and durability. Turn signals are included depending on the year range selected. It is compatible with up to 2" body lifts and fits most 8k-12k winches. The bumper is designed for use with synthetic rope and hawse style fairleads, as roller fairleads may be too large for proper installation. It also supports 30" single-row LED light bars, such as the Baja Designs S8 and Heretic Studio models.
