      Description

      HIGH-PERFORMANCE EXTERNAL WASTEGATE. The Turbosmart Gen4 CompGate40 External Wastegate 7 PSI Black is designed to regulate boost pressure in turbocharged engines, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. Ideal for street applications, it delivers efficient flow and heat management compatible with pump fuel and E85. This wastegate helps prevent overboost, protecting the engine and enhancing drivability.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Manufactured with a stainless steel cast body and an aluminum actuator housing, this wastegate features a robust and durable build. It incorporates a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm and a solid stainless steel valve. Finished in black, each unit is hand assembled and individually tested before shipping to ensure quality and reliability.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, utilizing a v-band inlet and outlet for peer fitment to existing 40mm setups. The wastegate includes all necessary hardware, such as v-band clamps, weld flanges, and locking collar tool, to facilitate a secure and proper installation.

      APPLICATION. This wastegate is a universal fit for 40mm valve flanges, designed to suit most setups using peer flange orientation. Some adaptation may be required depending on the specific installation environment or manifold configuration.
