Description
High-Temperature Exhaust Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve; 4-Inch x 24-Inch is designed to insulate exhaust components by reducing heat transfer and protecting nearby parts and cabins from excessive heat. It is ideal for larger exhaust pipes, offering flexibility and easy installation over complex pipe features such as flanges and sensor threads.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This sleeve is made from knitted titanium that withstands extreme temperatures up to 1800°F, with a continuous rating of 1382°F. The material features a flexible, expandable knit texture that allows it to stretch to 1.5 times its normal diameter, and it has a metallic silver finish characteristic of titanium.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. The sleeve can be cut to the desired length on site and secured in place using the included stainless steel locking ties and tool, providing a secure fit on exhaust pipes.
