      Description

      Superior Heat-Resistant Fastening. The Stainless Steel Positive Locking Tie Kit provides a robust solution for securing exhaust wraps and components exposed to extreme heat. Designed for high-temperature applications, these locking ties ensure a secure hold on pipes, wires, hoses, and insulation products, preventing slippage even under severe conditions. This kit includes a selection of ties and a corresponding tool for quick, tight fastening with a self-locking mechanism.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from premium 316 stainless steel, the ties offer excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand temperatures above 2500°F. The locking tool is forged from hardened tool steel with a black oxide coating to deliver durability for repeated use. The ties have a 7mm width with positive locking notches, available in lengths of 9 and 14 inches, combining strength and heat resistance with a clean, industrial finish.

      Installation. Installation requires no drilling. The included locking tie tool fits onto any 1/4" drive extension, allowing for easy tightening and secure locking. This design simplifies fastening, even in tight or hard-to-reach spaces.
