Description
Engine Emission Sensor. The O2 Oxygen Sensor; Downstream is designed to monitor oxygen levels in the exhaust gases to help optimize fuel combustion and reduce emissions. Construction and Appearance. Constructed with double-layered 310S stainless steel for enhanced protection against moisture and debris, this sensor undergoes isostatic pressing and plasma spraying to ensure longer service life. It features a narrow-band thimble design with a threaded mounting type and a male rectangular connector, finished in a durable metallic texture to withstand harsh operating conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, using the specific threaded type for direct replacement. Resetting the vehicle’s computer system may be necessary after installation to ensure proper sensor calibration and functionality.
Warranty. This part includes a lifetime warranty covering defects in manufacturing during intended use.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 2017 to 2019 Nissan Titan with a V8 5.6L engine as a downstream right oxygen sensor.
