Description
Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter. The Magnaflow Direct-Fit Exhaust Manifold with Catalytic Converter; California Grade is designed to replace the original catalytic converter while maintaining emission compliance. It helps reduce harmful exhaust emissions and keeps the vehicle operating efficiently, making it vital for emission control and legal on-road use.
Construction and Appearance. Built with high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, this catalytic converter features mandrel bent piping and a spun stainless steel body to resist corrosion and ensure durability. The unit is finished uncoated and includes laser fusion welds to prevent leaks, providing a precise OEM-style fit and function.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no cutting or welding required, thanks to the direct-fit design. Basic automotive tools are sufficient, and no drilling is necessary, allowing for a DIY-friendly experience.
Warranty. This part comes with a limited 5-year construction and emissions warranty, providing assurance of quality and performance.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2004 to 2006 Nissan Titan equipped with the 5.6L V8 engine. Vehicle-specific information may be necessary to guarantee fit; please refer to fitment notes as needed.
