Each assembly features components built from high-quality materials including carbon and manganese steel for the strut mounts, complemented by natural rubber and styrene butadiene blends for effective noise and vibration reduction. The coil springs are heat treated and stress relieved with corner-specific designs to ensure correct ride height. Additional components such as Dupont Zytel resin upper spring seats and microcellular PU elastomer jounce bumpers enhance durability and performance. The assembly is finished with protective bellows guarding the polished chrome shaft from environmental damage.
