      Description

      High-Flow Exhaust Upgrade. The JBA 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers are engineered to increase horsepower and torque by improving exhaust flow compared to restrictive factory manifolds. Featuring JBA's proprietary Firecone collector and oversized exhaust ports, these headers deliver better throttle response and overall performance for your Titan.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, these headers are designed for strength, durability, and efficient airflow. They feature extra-thick collector domes and 3/8-inch thick machined flanges for a precise seal and long-lasting reliability. Factory-style emission connections ensure compliance while maintaining OEM fitment.

      Installation. Installation is considered difficult and best suited for experienced mechanics or professional shops. Proper tools and expertise are required, and while no major modifications are typically necessary, the process is labor-intensive.

      Warranty. These headers are backed by a limited lifetime warranty on construction and a one-year warranty on the finish/coating, ensuring both durability and protection.

      Application. These JBA 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers fit 2004 to 2015 Nissan Titan models.
