It helps control heat transfer into vehicle interiors and shields important components from heat damage, making it ideal for use on firewalls, transmission tunnels, and floors.

This shield is constructed from a 10 mil embossed aluminum face bonded to a 1/8 inch composite glass-fiber core, finished with a proprietary high-temperature black coating. The textured black finish offers a professional look, enhances durability, and improves heat control.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to the aggressive peel-and-stick adhesive backing that resists wind and water. No drilling is required. The shield can be easily trimmed and shaped to fit various surfaces including tight areas like firewalls and tunnels.
