Description

OVERLAND FRONT BUMPER. The Overland Series Front Bumper with 40-Inch Light Bar Cutout; Raw is designed for full front-end protection and recovery capability on the latest 2025–2026 4Runner 6th generation. This bumper provides superior durability and functionality in off-road situations while maintaining compatibility with modern vehicle safety systems, making it a vital upgrade for enthusiasts seeking reliable protection and enhanced utility.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Constructed from 3/16 inch laser cut P&O steel, this bumper features robust 3/4 inch D-ring mounts welded front and back for added strength. The bull bar tubing is fabricated from 1-3/4 inch OD steel with 0.120 inch wall thickness, except gussets and headlight hoops which are 1-1/2 inch OD. It comes with a raw finish that requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust and maintain a refined look.

INSTALLATION. Installation requires trimming of the factory plastic bumper and is best performed with two people for optimal results. Professional recalibration of the Toyota Safety Sense system may be necessary after installation.

APPLICATION. Designed exclusively to fit the 2025 and 2026 Toyota 4Runner 6th generation models.
