Rugged Off-Road Upgrade. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout, Full-Height Bull Bar and Tube Gussets, Raw offers enhanced protection and style for serious off-road enthusiasts. It improves approach angles, creates more space for larger tires, and allows mounting of a winch, light bars, and fog lights. This bumper is designed to equip your 4Runner for tough conditions while maintaining functional versatility.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel center plates combined with 1.75” diameter, .120 wall HREW tubing, the bumper blends strength and durability. It includes fully welded 3/4" thick D-ring tabs welded front and back for recovery operations. The product ships as bare steel and requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust unless the powder coat option is selected.

Installation. Installation requires cutting the factory plastic bumper cover and replacing the power steering cooler lines using the included kit. The process is moderately complex, and vehicle-specific components such as the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) system may require installation of additional relocation brackets or modifications. Note that the mid-height bull bar version is not compatible with TSS, and MTM front cameras need to be relocated above the bumper for compatibility.

Application. Designed specifically to fit 2014 to 2024 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner models, with consideration for features like TSS compatibility and front camera relocation requirements.
