The BluePrint Engines Standard Edition Builder Series Small Block Chevy 454 C.I. 563 HP Fuel Injected Crate Engine paired with the TKX Manual Transmission including a polished pulley kit is a powerful, ready-to-install drivetrain package designed for performance enthusiasts seeking reliable power and manual transmission control. It delivers impressive 563 horsepower and 545 ft. lbs. of torque, ideal for muscle car restorations, performance upgrades, or custom builds requiring strong torque and horsepower. This system is engineered to work seamlessly with fuel injection technology, offering modern drivability and efficiency.
Construction and Appearance. The engine features a high-strength cast iron block manufactured and machined in the USA, complemented by BluePrint Engines’ precision-machined aluminum cylinder heads with 64cc chamber size, large 220cc intake runners, and 2.08-inch intake valves for excellent airflow. The rotating assembly includes forged pistons, forged steel crankshaft with 4.000-inch stroke, and forged 6.000-inch connecting rods, internally balanced for smooth operation. The package includes a polished front accessory drive with reverse rotation short water pump, power steering pump, reservoir, 140 amp 1-wire alternator, and air conditioning compressor, providing a clean, low-profile appearance ideal for custom engine bays.
Installation. Moderate mechanical skill is recommended for installation. The block is drilled and tapped for clutch linkage, and includes mechanical fuel pump provision and passenger side dipstick. Due to the performance accessory package and the low-profile design, accessory clearance and fitment must be confirmed by the customer. Minor fabrication or additional measurements may be required depending on the vehicle application.
Warranty. This engine package provides an industry-leading warranty coverage of 30 months or 50,000 miles, fully transferable to enhance ownership value and provide peace of mind.
Application. This engine and transmission package is intended for use in non-pollution-controlled vehicles. It suits custom installations where fitment between accessories and vehicle chassis must be validated. Customers are responsible for confirming clearance and connection points prior to installation.
