Description
Performance Enhancement. The AFE Twisted Steel Headers significantly improve exhaust flow and increase engine output by adding up to 12 horsepower and 19 lb-ft of torque. Designed for optimal balance and efficiency, these headers replace the restrictive factory exhaust manifold, enhancing throttle response and overall vehicle performance.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1-5/8" 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with CNC mandrel bends, the headers feature a symmetrical tube design and mitered collectors to reduce turbulence and boost exhaust velocity. The 3/8" thick head flange ensures a leak-free and durable seal, all TIG welded for race-grade strength and corrosion resistance with a polished metallic texture.
Installation. Installation includes the provided couplers and filter, designed to fit directly on the vehicle’s exhaust ports for a leak-free, bolt-on upgrade. No modifications to the vehicle’s exhaust system are required.
Application. Fits 2005-2019 4.0L Frontier, 2005-2012 Pathfinder, and 2005-2015 Xterra models. Please check local emissions regulations for CARB applicability.
