Construction and Appearance. This light bar features a durable diecast aluminum housing with an IP67 waterproof rating to withstand harsh environments. It is finished with a black carbon powder coating for a rugged, factory look that complements the vehicle’s aesthetic. The wiring harness includes protections like inline fusing for reliable operation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and designed to require no major vehicle modifications. The mounting brackets are engineered to bolt directly behind the existing mesh grille. Typical installation time is approximately 3–4 hours, depending on skill level and tools available.
