      Description

      Custom Intake Cooler. This Wrangler intake intercooler is designed to fit into your custom intercooler design with convenient ease. The product can be installed into most vehicles and is something you can cut and weld to fit different intake setups. Create the ultimate intercooler using this core as your foundation.

      Rapid Airflow Form. This Jeep Wrangler intercooler core is made to allow air to move fast and to cool it effectively. This air-to-air core uses thin plates and bars of metal positioned in clusters to force air to contact the metal and transfer its heat as it moves to the intake system. This allows the core to cool the air easily.

      Long-Lasting 6061-Aluminum. This core uses 6061-aluminum, giving it rigid strength and weather resistance for long-term durability.

      Made for Skilled Fabricators. This Wrangler intercooler core should only be used by fabricators that are skilled at working with aluminum. The metal must be cut and welded to use in custom creations, and this isn’t something that every Wrangler owner can do.

      Warranty. This intercooler core is protected by a lifetime limited warranty from Mishimoto. The warranty takes effect from the purchase date of the product, and it’s meant to guard against factory-related issues.

      Application. This intercooler core can be cut and shaped to work in most vehicles due to its universal fit design for simplicity and convenience.
