HEAT PROTECTION SOLUTION. The Heat Shroud; 12 AN x 10-Foot is designed to prevent heat and abrasion damage to automotive lines, hoses, and wires without the need to disconnect them. It easily wraps around existing components, providing critical protection against extreme temperatures and external contaminants for enhanced durability and safety.
_x000D__x000D_CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from 19 oz high-temperature heat-treated glass fiber insulation, this product features an aluminized outer layer that effectively deflects radiant heat up to 2000°F. The inner material offers excellent insulation properties, while the aramid thread reinforcement provides superior resistance to abrasion and flame. The shroud is finished with a durable silver aluminum texture and uses a hook-and-loop closure for easy fastening.
_x000D__x000D_INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward and tool-free, requiring no drilling or disconnection of lines or hoses. Simply wrap the shroud around the hose or line, cut it to the desired length, and secure it with the integrated hook-and-loop closure.
