Rugged Front Protection. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout and Full-Height Bull Bar enhances off-road capability and vehicle protection by improving approach angles and increasing clearance for larger tires. It offers versatile mounting options for winches, LED light bars, and fog lights, making it well-suited for demanding trail conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This bumper features a strong, durable design with a 3/16" laser-cut plate steel center combined with 1.75" diameter, .120 wall HREW tubing sides. The product ships as bare steel, requiring painting or powder coating to prevent rust and allowing for a customizable rugged finish.
Installation. Installation involves cutting the factory plastic bumper cover and replacing the power steering cooler lines with the supplied kit. It requires moderate mechanical skill. There is no additional drilling required according to specifications.
Application. Specifically designed for 2014 to 2024 5th Gen 4Runner models, this bumper accommodates vehicles equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) when the TSS relocation bracket is installed. Note that the mid-height bull bar option is not compatible with TSS systems.
