Description
Black Rhino Wheels Rapid Series 18x8.5 Wheel. Black Rhino Wheels Rapid Series Wheel features a rugged twelve spoke / twelve window design with a classic stepped lip for rugged good looks. A Black Rhino Wheel branded center cap is included. This Rapid Series Wheel is perfectly suited for all applications.
Matte Gunmetal Finish with Brushed Accents. This 18x8.5 Black Rhino Wheels Rapid Series Wheel is completed in a high quality gunmetal gray finish with brushed accents for a striking contrast in appearance that will make others green with envy. For added protection and good looks, this Wheel features a durable, matte clear coat that is tough enough to stand up against the hazards of everyday driving - including road chips and pitting.
One-Piece Flow Formed Aluminum Construction. This Black Rhino Wheel is manufactured using a technique know as Flow-Forming, sometimes called Rotary Forged or Hybrid Forged. Flow-Forming is a unique casting and forming process that results in a wheel that is similar in strength to that of a forged wheel. The wheel is first low pressure cast in aluminum and is rapidly cooled to enhance its elastic strength and durability. The casting is then placed in a special flow forming tool that heats the wheel while rollers press against the barrel to pull the rim into its final width and shape. This “stretching” process improves the grain structure of the aluminum making the wheel much stronger and lighter than a standard cast aluminum wheel.
