Innovative Hybrid Bumper. The Hi-Lite Overland Front Bumper with PreRunner Bull Bar in Black is an advanced off-road bumper designed specifically for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner. This bumper enhances front-end protection, improves approach angles, and offers a strong mounting platform for winches and lighting accessories. It’s ideal for overland and off-road enthusiasts seeking a balance of functionality and reduced weight.
Construction and Appearance. Combining a 30 lb aluminum outer shell with a 55 lb steel winch cradle and recovery structure, the bumper weighs a total of 85 lbs. This hybrid design delivers strength in critical areas while saving weight and resisting rust. The bumper is finished with a durable black powder coat for long-lasting corrosion protection and a professional look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for most users and can generally be completed by one person. The bumper assembles in two separate pieces for easier handling and alignment.
Warranty. This product includes a lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term quality and customer satisfaction.
Application. This bumper fits all 2010–2024 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner models, including pre-facelift (2010–2013) and Limited trims. It is compatible with winches up to 12,000 lbs; however, winches taller than 10.1 inches may require solenoid relocation or minor crossmember modifications. It is not compatible with factory fog lights. The bumper supports factory Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) systems but requires relocation of the forward-facing camera if installed.
