Built from 1 1/2 inch diameter 16-gauge cold-rolled mandrel-bent mild steel tubing combined with 1/4 inch thick HRPO vertical steel plates, the grille guard features a welded 3-piece bolt-together design for enhanced strength and durability. Its black powder coat finish over a corrosion-resistant E-coat provides a high-impact, long-lasting protective surface with a sleek appearance.

Installation. The grille guard mounts to the vehicle’s frame using a bolt-on, no-drill method, ensuring a precise and secure fit without drilling into the frame. However, installation requires trimming 2 inches off the vehicle’s bumper for proper alignment. Installation instructions, mounting brackets, and all necessary hardware are included to facilitate the process, which typically takes one to two hours.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner models, excluding the 2014-2024 Limited, 2019-2023 Nightshade, 2020-2023 TRD Pro, and 2022-2024 TRD Sport trims.
