      Description

      Premium Shock Absorber. The FOX Performance Series 4.87in IFP Front is an advanced coil-over shock designed to enhance your vehicle’s ride and handling. It delivers improved on- and off-road performance by utilizing precision valving alongside an internal floating piston system that maintains optimum shock function under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This shock features a 2.0-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined aluminum body with a clear anodized, rust-resistant finish. Key components are made from black-anodized billet aluminum for strength and durability, while the shaft is constructed from 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel to resist wear and corrosion.

      Installation. Designed as a bolt-on upgrade, this coil-over shock reuses stock spring and mounting hardware for a straightforward installation. No drilling or additional modifications are required, making it suitable for professional or advanced DIY installation.

      Application. This shock fits 2010 to 2024 Toyota 4Runner front positions with 0 to 2 inches of lift, excluding TRD Pro models due to incompatibility with TRD Pro springs.
