The Flowmaster Super 50 Series Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 3-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet is engineered to deliver a mild exhaust tone with minimal interior resonance while enhancing horsepower, torque, and overall engine efficiency. Suitable for trucks, SUVs, muscle cars, and high-performance vehicles, it optimizes exhaust flow and sound for a balanced driving experience.
_x000D__x000D_CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This muffler is constructed from durable 16-gauge 409 stainless steel featuring a high-temperature black paint finish that resists heat and corrosion. Fully MIG welded for superior strength and durability, it incorporates a larger chamber size to diminish interior resonance and produce a deep, rich tone.
_x000D__x000D_INSTALLATION. Installation requires some adaptation, as new hangers are necessary and not included. The slip-fit inlet and outlet connections accommodate clamp-on or weld-on mounting, generally without the need for drilling to ensure a proper fit.
