Description
Performance Exhaust Muffler. The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler with 2.50-Inch inlet and outlet delivers a deep, aggressive sound while improving exhaust flow performance. Engineered for high horsepower applications, it combines a powerful exhaust tone with low interior resonance for an optimal driving experience.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features a larger case profile with fully MIG welded seams for added strength and durability. It is finished with a high-temperature black paint coating to resist corrosion and maintain an aggressive, professional look.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. This universal muffler fits a variety of exhaust systems and may require slight adaptations for proper fitment. Installation is simple with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections, compatible with both clamp-on and weld-on methods. Additional hangers are necessary but not included.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Designed for universal exhaust setups, some modifications might be needed to ensure correct fitment and hanger alignment. New hangers must be used and are sold separately.
