The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler with 2.25-Inch Inlet and Dual 2.25-Inch Outlets delivers aggressive sound tuning perfect for street, strip, and off-road use. It enhances exhaust flow and sound using proprietary Delta Flow® technology which improves scavenging and reduces interior resonance for a distinct tone.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features fully MIG welded seams to ensure strength and durability. It is coated with high-temperature black paint that offers an aggressive appearance while resisting heat and corrosion.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. The muffler utilizes slip-fit connections for easy installation and requires new hangers, which are not included. Basic modifications may be needed to fit universal applications, but it typically installs without the need for drilling or extensive cutting.
