The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler with 3-Inch inlet and 3-Inch outlet delivers an aggressive sound signature ideal for street and strip applications. Engineered to improve exhaust scavenging, it enhances engine performance while controlling interior sound and reducing excess resonance.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This muffler is built from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel and features a fully MIG-welded assembly for maximum longevity. It is coated with a high-temperature black paint finish that provides corrosion resistance and a rugged look suitable for a variety of vehicles.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. The muffler is designed with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections, compatible with both clamp-on and weld-on installation methods. Installation generally requires moderate skill, with no drilling needed in most cases. New hangers are necessary for proper mounting and are sold separately.
